Delta Zeta Chapter is founded at Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma. This chapter - formerly a chapter of Pi Kappa Sigma - became a Sigma Kappa chapter as a result of the Pi Kappa Sigma merger in 1959.
